I have been blessed with a wonderful family.

I grew up being taught very good lessons like how important family,

friendship, loyalty, independent thinking, education were and are!

My Mom was a medical teacher and my Father worked in a forge.

In the summer I used to love picking berries, herbs and mushrooms in the forest.

That is how I learned to love nature!

Also we had a nice garden, where many fruits and vegetables were grown.

For a few years we even had chickens and rabbits.

Sometimes, I proudly took my rabbits for a “tour” of different parts of town

to feed them different herbs and show them new places.

My schoolmates very often visited my “little zoo”

in the centre of the big city (Barnaul -750.000 inhabitants).

 I used to ride my bicycle after school with a bag of left-over food and feed all the homeless dogs in the area. 

So, at the end of the day I would come back home with a “tail” of a many homeless dogs. 

Then after few weeks they just used to stay outside of our house

waiting for food and barking off all the visitors, including our neighbors. 

Every week my “dog-band” was growing bigger and bigger, so I had to start to cook for them.

One of our neighbours were not so happy about my new companions,

and one day they called special dog-inspectors, who came and took all my dogs.

Dedicated to My Love for Automobiles I opened the first "Auto-Club" for “Girls Only” in my home-town Barnaul, Altai region. 

Some of the local newspapers and TV channels did regular reports about my club. 

I have changed a lot since then. Looking back it's like 2 different persons. Now I am Very Cool and it is almost impossible to make me lose control or get angry. But in my 20th I was very wild! I often got into fights with girls because of my jealousy. One girl reported to police because I almost shaved her head. I put garbage can on the other girl. Some girls, when they saw me around, were running away without any conversation.

During my life in Russia I put my nose in areas of Private Investigation, Realestate, Private Lombarding, Gold Business, Lottery, Shampoo Home-Production, Amusement Park - it was always about what hot in the market!

Parallel I worked as a fashion-model.

Few friends have disappeared... They went on a business trip to other city and never came back.

I had few dangerous situations, when I was so lucky to escape.

Once I took a private Taxi from Moscow Airport, the Taxi Driver saw that i arrived with lots of bags and he had an idea that I am commersant, so after we took off he started driving me to the Forest. Thanks God, I had an international cellphone and I called the police. He just dropped me off in middle of nowhere and left.

On the other trip I got Kidnapped by Moscow Mafia who took all my money in exchange for getting out safe.

Sometimes I still see these nightmares...

People who were doing businesses and making money slowly but surely got under Mafia Control and had to pay more and more...

That time so many people were unemployed, so even Light Bulbs got stolen from Public Buildings.

In this pic you see how people had to protect light bulbs from being stolen - they used custom-made frames like this one.

I think this Light Bulb so perfectly represents that period of Russian economy,

so I decided to make this "Red Art" for all the Memories from that time.

My Father got Killed - somebody was trying to rob the Factory where he was working.

 So I decided it's time to leave Russia before it’s too late.

It was the best decision I ever made!

Believe me, it was very sad to leave all those "nice Baggage" and move to a new country,

but also very exciting, because I knew I could have a better opportunity in Europe.

"Don't be afraid to give up the good to go for the great."

"When the Door of Happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the New One which opened for us" 

Sometime in Life God will take you through Hell, just to get you to Heaven. 

The reason why I’ve never done drugs, the reason as to why I never have bended my ways when tempted to take the easy path to success and wealth, the reason as to why no matter how much I try to be evil at times because of how the world turns - I can't because there is always something in me that never lets me – My MOM, her essence, the way she raised me with Love, Morals and Respect. 

The best lesson she teach me: Life is Drawing without an Eraser. Whatever you do today you have to sleep with Tonight.

She gave up her life to raise me and my sister, she was my mother, father, friend, my everything when I had nothing, which is why she's my everything. 

      Always grateful, have never let her down, and God will never will!  There's no way I can ever pay her back but making her proud and showing her that all her hard work and sacrifices were worthwhile is one of the best feelings ever!!! I know, I will always be her little girl in her eyes no matter how much I grow or how old I get, and I love her more than anything and everything in the phase of this earth. 

      Even though I praise my Father like a God in my eyes my dear Mother comes first! She's the fuel in my heart that lets me stand up and drive through the rocky roads of life. Not giving her the credit for being the main character in my life and the person that made me the person that I am now would be a crime. I thank her for everything and Mama: I LOVE YOU!!!

Parallel I had great experiences to work as a part-time Russian-Italian interpreter and  tour-guide.

Each place has provided adventures, challenges and great opportunities...personal and professional.

There is still much of the world that I want to see, but, for now, I am settled in Toronto. 

I fell in love with Canada on my first day!

So, a few years later I brought rest of my family here - my Mom and my Sister.

I think CANADA is one of the most wonderful countries in the world,

great atmosphere, good attitude to life and the different cultures of the world.

I always thought it was like mosaics of different nations coming together to create one big human picture!

Thank you, CANADA!

I still love Russia same as before, and I miss it of course, but I just feel much safer here.

And if Russian economy get fixed, I may move back one day.
